Not impressed

Just been on the scales and I don't think they like me :( have gained half a stone :mad:

Going to hit the gym hard tomorrow and not just doing the 45mins on the treadmill.

Tought I had been watching what I was eating as I already had weight to lose but that's ok it's another reason for me to stay smoke free, coz there would be no point in starting to smoke again now as it would mean I've put on extra weight for nothing. I'm strong I will lose weight and and stay off the ciggies :D
