Haven't posted in a while. Everything has been going so much more smoothly. I think I've had maybe one or two cravings in the past few weeks. Nicotine free for 2 months 12 days and 1 hour! I've been noticing lately that everything seems a little bit different and little more exciting. I wonder if this has to do with brain chemistry due to the lack of nicotine? Whatever it is I am loving my new found ability to breathe deep, smell smells, and live life.
