Not been too bad so far except for a 10 second monster craving at lunchtime!
Was on a patch yesterday but not today but do have some lozenges and an inhalator if required.
Its like I'm constantly on guard waiting for a bad one....Hopefully I'll be ok and if I'm not you'll all hear about it I'm sure!!!
