Yep, I agree weekends are the worst! Never thought I'd prefer the routine of Monday-Friday. You're doing fine Carol, way to go

In my first days of quitting when I got hit with freight train cravings I got onto the web and read other people's blogs or these forums to help take my mind off. Then I started to get into the health benefits and the psychological aspect of addiction. It's cliche but knowledge is truly power when quitting smoking. You'll want to quit because you'll know all the benefits and you'll succeed because you know your weaknesses and know how addiction mindf@%ks you. Stay strong and stay determined.
I wish you the best. We're all here with ya
:)Thanks for the support,Im feeling a bit tearful today which I know is normal.I have promised my daughter that the money I save (£5) a day will go towards her ivf treatment......so I HAVE to do this!!!
No its not:)I think thats ones of the reasons Im feeling a bit down, all these family probs. But I will (try) and rise above it all and tomorrow is another day.
Thankyou.
Hang on in there and you will soon have a week under your belt. Family stuff can be very trying at times but its good to have your positive outlook of 'tomorrow is another day'
be good

Hi Carol....'tomorrow is another day'...was one of my Dad's classics...and so true....stay strong...use the quit to help you through this period...not see it as another problem.....good luck.
