I haven't been able to come to the forum much in the last week as flat out at work and at home, plus I've been laid low by a cold/flu virus thingy.
A quick scout around today and reading up on back posts and its brilliant to see so many quits still going strong.
I can see that I have missed a few milestones so well done to those who have moved rooms etc.
Its day 23 for me and the days seem to be flying by now and I am starting to feel like a real non smoker at last.
Sufferances so far have only a few mouth ulcers and feeling like the michelin tyre man, but its all a small price to pay for non smoking FREEDOM !!!!!
Hang on in there everyone and for anyone early on in their quits, believe what the longer term quitters are saying.....YES there is no doubt, it does get easier.
Donna ( I now have a pink wafer addiction... thank you Gemma-Lou ! :D)

Well done Nonny, I'm just a few days behind you at 21, so going into room Month 1 tomorrow, it does get easier, but we are not out of the woods yet, I also have swapped one addiction for another - polos, much less expensive
lol at Max re the champion racehorse ****ogy... a shetland pony would be more appropriate for me with my little legs
Hope you all have a great weekend... I'm heading off to Bath today with a friend for some retail therapy and an early evening meal. My friend gave up smoking some 18 months ago , she will be so pleased I have now quit and we don't have to look for places where I can pop outside for a ciggy.
