I have been finding it tough over the last few days, currently on day 9, but reading your post and working out how much I have saved/not smoked has spurred me on a lot - THANKS!!
Nutmeg ..... I ate them!!!!! Well put the few left over in the bin after an overdose last night woops!!!
Im sooo hungry all the time!!!! Did you feel like this when you first gave up?
Hit the gym today and yesterday ( haven't been since before Christmas)
I hurt!!!!!
But I'm having a good day today, I think I might need to reduce the minis and inhalator usage as now worried I'm swapping fags for them, have u used nrt at all? And if so when do you think I should start reducing my intake?
Thankyou for your encouraging MSG and huge pat on the back and congrats for doing so well in your quit, welldone you xx

Hey Woods
When I smoked I was very in favour of cigs over food, although I am a foodie, does that make sense? So yes, I am now eating more then ever, (and needed) Healthy appetite resumed, and a few stone gained in 4 months!! However, addressing weight/excerise issues now!
I stopped smoking using patches, loved them, although they caused insomnia and dreams, god I was busy all night, robbing banks and everything!! So, gradually reduced strengh, no patches now but always carry inhalator just in case although have seldom used. Thankfully normal sleeping resumed.
My advice, don't fret about NRT, you'll just know when the times right to decrease.
