Damn well done Sian

It's great that you are going without your NRT already

I feel so chuffed and proud for you :D

Well done on the fitness too.

I haven't been on my bike today........instead my wife had me digging a draining trench in the horses stable and I filled it with 12 barrow loads of quarry waste!

I am absolutely knackered now .... nearly falling asleep typing! :D

Hope you had a great run, isn't it marvelous when we can actually BREATH!

Keep it up chuck

Take care

Greg

Wow a month is a great achievement! The exercise is definitely good too, not only to get fit, but helps keep cravings at bay too!

You're a couple of weeks ahead of me so it's great to see you get to the end of the first month as a non smoker - a good act to follow!

Congratulations on getting through month 1, Sian. You've had some tough times during that month, yet you stuck at it and made it through. In the last week or so it seems like you've turned a corner with your quit and are now on more stable ground, well done. :D

Well done Sian!

You have done a great job in getting this far. Keep going it gets easier!

This is 6 weeks for me today and I am now working on my fitness plan.

I want to lose 1lb for every year that I was a smoker. Officially, that's 35lbs.

If I can quit smoking, I can do anything!!

Stay strong.. :)

Thats fab Sian on your monthaversary and on the jogging too; I use jogging to combat stressful days, and it really works for me. I have lost weight in the last two weeks, about 5 pounds!!

Sian, I've had the urge to stuff my face over the last couple of weeks, and that's exactly what I've been doing! I've put on nearly a stone. Today it has changed, that urge has gone away and I'm back to eating in my usual way. If anything I'm eating less than usual. Could well be that this happens for you too soon. :)
