Well its day 11 and have been a non smoker since day 8, been to the nurse and she says there no nicotine in my body, had a craving last night for a cig but my hubby put me off, everyone says im a total diff person.., im sleeping better, they have reduced my inhalers which is good long may this last, i know if i need help u are allways here and just reading some of the threads help me so much.. so everytime i crave i will be looking at the threads..
