Woohoo - great news.

You're so positive and that really does work in peoples favour. Bring on day 2

Promise u it does get better now im on day 9 and still not smoking, ive tried patches ect, and nothing has worked, well the patches work:Ded for 18 months and then started smoking again with stress and one thing and another. The only thing that is keeping me going is this forum and the Chipmix.. good luck with it as i was on 15-20 cigs a day cust down to about 6-7 by day 3 omg they made me feel ill everytime i put one near my mouth, I feel more awake with not having a cig and sleeping better at night, now by the time day 7 came i had a cig on the way home from work and said to my self what are u doing and throw it away, then i got home and throw all cig lighters out plus ashtrays and not had a cig since if i can do it so can u, GOOD LUCK..
