:)Forgot to report yesterday,, sorry, well smoked yesterday morning, still on champix even though i didnt really need one but they were there, Had a cig in the evening at about 5.30pm. just before our diinner, then didnt have one at all, didnt even bother me not smoking,, Im very pleased with my self for doing this... so i dont really need them.
