My reasons for quitting smoking are cant afford it, need a better life still, for my kids, need a holiday and also want to do the house up.. when do this stuff really kick in im on day 4 now taking CHAMPIX..

Usually anytime after a couple of days, you'll start not to enjoy the fags or be able to smoke a whole 1, go for quitting after day 8,

They recommend you stop between day 8 and 15 once started taking them, i stopped on day 11 and was grand!!!
