Hello Day 3

Hello all. Starting day 3 quite hopeful. Only missed a cigarette yesterday after meals, but I remembered then to change my routine. Today's dilemma is that I do have a nasty chest infection and medical student daughter is urging me to see GP. But I :confused:

am kind of thinking that feeling shit and unable to breathe is helping me not to smoke. What to do?
