haven't been on for a while as i've been very busy. last monday marked 16 weeks smoke free and a bout 3 weeks with no meds.

you can do it sian you can let something be in control of you you have to be in control of it.

im hoping that im becoming in control of it at the mo as fed up of smoking and have really enjoyed the new lease of life since quitting

i know you can do it sian you've done the hard bit and you obviously wasn't happy smoking or you wouldn't have wanted to quit. stick with it kid i'm rootin' for ya
