So, I wanted to post to say I have not smoked for 100 days (to me a big milestone) But I missed it... So Instead I will post to say I have not smoked for 101 days!
Dare I say I feel content and happy smoke free after this relatively short amount of time... well I do!!
Keep going everyone!
