Hey everyone,

I am nearly at the end of day two and I am fine at work as just get myself in the zone and do lots of work, it is at home that I get tense and what I term as 'snippy' - poor husband

Hey Dottie congrats and welcome getting snappy is all part of it lol inside or out lol its about taking deep breaths and keeping calm. Can I ask are you using anything or hard core cold turkey ?
