Rats are really neat... super smart and possibly better odor detectors than dogs... they've been used to detect landmines and tuberculosis with their sense of smell... think I like you already dreary old man... as to wanting to quit, your success will be higher if you want to.... my feeling is that you do want to but are maybe a bit unnerved by the idea? Anyways, you've come to a good place... welcome

my son used to keep rats he would have them running around on him while he was on his computer he would say 'Kiss' and they would run up his front and kiss him totally amazing little creatures

Like Elmer Fudd I spend many a happy hour watching over my chickens for the dusk arrival of the furry freeloaders. Hollow points usually do the business.

Bizarre in some ways as it wasn't that long ago I spent nearly £200 on vets bills for one of the sweet little nibblers.

Great that you're doing this for your girlfriend - we all owe it to our loved ones to do what we can to keep healthy - but do try and get into the mindset of wanting this for yourself. It's a damn good thing to do, but it can be tough - a real desire to succeed helps a whole hell of a lot.

Welcome Barry - Think it's great you want to quite for your girlfriend - but think you need to want to quit for yourself as well!

I assume you love your girlfriend... I assume you want to spend many a year with her? Well, to do that, you need to be healthy! And a step towards that would be quitting.
