and almost double my last quit try

Nine months, one day, 7 hours, 8 minutes and 3 seconds. 16577 cigarettes not smoked, saving $9,450.79. Life saved: 8 weeks, 1 day, 13 hours, 25 minutes.

Hi Gra a big well done 9 months is a massive achievement, i will be there 1 day but im still in the early stages im just hitting week 4 lol, but i wil get there and people like you give me a boost to get there as i want to be a long term ex smoker

Jos - its not a term - its forever.

seriously jos if i can do it you can do it you just need to want it bad enough everything else will work itself out just keep your eye on the prize

also over here new taxes coming in tax going up 25% will add an extra $5 per pack on top of the $74 per carton in taxes already paid here and now you can only bring 50 grams in thru customs

I was in the motorway services the other day in the U.K., alright the services are a bit dearer in general but while I was paying for fuel I looked at the price of 20 Regal I would have been paying now that where behind the counter and they where over £8.00 for 20.:eek::eek::eek:
