The fact your have not used smoking as an excuse to start shows how strong you are

because your right it dont change anything

even though your smoking mind will tell you smoking one will help but it wont everything will still be the same as before

All is well with the world today. Teen problems seem to have settled for the moments. I have really noticed how cycling gets easier and easier as each day passes. I can tackle hills and my chest doesn't tighten.

I am really tired but I suspect that is due to all the exercise I am getting. All in all things are good. Dh had a blip while he was away but hasn't smoked since.
