Month 2

I can now officially say I have passed the first month. It is now day 32 for me and I am delighted to be able to post in this room. I am glad to be able to say that I have also stopped taking Champix and am thinking about smoking less and less. I am also not foolish enough to think that it's all plain sailing from now on but the hardest parts are out of the way.

I am really really proud of myself and I keep looking out for the people who have supported me so far, those who are on a similar stage of the path and those who are following behind, because I am proud of you all too.
