Hello all. Stumbled upon this site while searching withdrawl symptoms. Anxiety, nausea, passing itchiness/tingling in hands, nasal congestion, dizziness, ect. Thought I was losing it. Thank you for sharing your experiences, I wish I had found this sitewhen i tried to quit before. I have been a pack a day smoker for 20 years, with some pot smoking mixed in during my college years. My second daughter was born 15 weeks ago, and I am tired of feeling like crap. There is no turning back this time. I am using a Patch NRT system, to help ease the nicotine withdrawl. I'll continue reading you experiences, and sharing my own progress. Thanks again, and best of luck to you all!
New here, on day five.: Hello all. Stumbled... - No Smoking Day

Congratulations on day 5, me too! Hasn't it got a little easier since day 1 & 2 though?
Keep on being strong, you can do this, theres loads of reasons not to light up, we just have to keep on reminding ourselves of them in the early days!

I haven't noticed it getting any easier. I have a lot of stress with life at the moment, which iwould normally be a massive trigger to light up. However I will not qive in!! Thanks for the suppport!
Keep going
It will get easier Milez I promise and smoking never helped with stress anyway. Keep going and keep posting! I will be watching your progress.
