Welcome you beautiful, successful people to months 4 and 5.
Its not quite the penthouse yet, but I did roast a ham earlier...... i have crusty rolls to go with it, a flagon of cider, and an great big apple pie just due out of the oven. Pull up a chair lasses and tuck in.

Plenty left for you too Rob. Ooooooh.....and just spotted a couple of packets of sports mix too. Like I said.....not quite the penthouse......but not half bad either. Well done on 90 days.
Poor Carol......fasting sounds miserable. I'm saving you some of everything and hiding it in the 'managing your weight' forum. No-ones been in there since 20th so it should be safe
Luckily my appointment is at 10.00 so wilbe able to have my coffee as soon as ive got home. I miss that more then anything but will have to settle with  hot water how thrilling is that
Thanks to every one of you for the awesome replies!
I'm still smoke free but still fighting the weight. I've never weighed 200 pounds before in my life. I was 185 give or take when I quit. I'm 200-201 now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't take this anymore. I'm not sure what to do. I have changed my eating habits all for the better and all that did was allow me to stay at 195 which I wan't happy with and now the 200 mark! I just don't know about all of this anymore.
