10 Things to Bear in Mind When You Quit.

1. Quitting is easy. Staying quit requires more effort.

2. Quitting requires motivation. If you're not motivated, today is not the day to quit.

3. Quitting is an act of selfishness. You have to act alone. Nobody can make you quit.

4. Quitting is about returning to how your life should have been. If you hadn't started, there would be no need to stop.

5. Quitting is about letting go of an addiction and silly romantic ideas about smoking. Go lick an ashtray!

6. Quitting is about starting over. Smell the roses, feel refreshed. Enjoy life without tar sticking to everything!

7. Quitting is about a mindset change. You started life without smoking; there's no reason why it has to end that way.

8. Quitting has nothing to do with 'letting go' and everything to do with 'living life as you would like it to be'.

9. Quitting means minimizing health complications. You can 'risk it', or you can reduce the risk by stopping today.

10. Quitting means making a conscious choice of how you want to live your life and how you want to be remembered.

3 things to think about when you're not thinking about bare bears! :D

1. Bear in mind in that the correct expression is bear in mind, not bare in mind.

2. Bears are rarely bare, unless they're shaved. Only applies in certain zoos.

3. If you're female and bare, you probably need to speak to KitKat. At a minimum, KitKat wants to speak to you! :D

Alex.

P.S. Please bear in mind that my OP is serious and has nothing to do with either Carol's or KitKat's fantasies.
