Well didnt think i would get this far! Had a mad half hour last night all of my body was violently shaking, couldnt walk or anything. still blomin constipated and have invested in a giant "andrews" to see me through.
Still taking the champix and as long as its with food the sickness feeling stays away. I spoke to the nurse about me feeling so calm and she said, yes theres a carming effect in there aswell, brilliant.
Started bike riding with the kids and it feels great, we were out 4 hours sunday going from park to park, i felt so free and happy.

Well done! The constipation drives you nuts doesn't it? I think that is one the worst of the symptoms.Take something for it and dont suffer. Apart from that you are doing great!
Mandz, I've had the shaking too and I think that's the worst bit for me. I would reccommend Dulcoease for constipation because it's very gentle but it works.
