Just wanted to pop in and say that I haven't quit quitting. I haven't been on for a while because I'veb een so busy!
In fact, my quit has thus been so successful that I'd forgot I smoked and i was quitting lol.
I'm fine, happy, doing a Low carb diet to shift the stubborn pounds and things are going great.
