Fed up!: Ignore this post, was having a bad... - No Smoking Day
Fed up!
Cheer up buddy!!!
OK, now I understand why you had a go at me yesterday!
All I can say is that you should absolutely NOT smoke. Not only will it defeat the whole purpose / reasons you decided to quit in the first place, but also it will make you feel even worse.
No need to read my answer, but I thought I'd write one anyway.
Alex.
Lisa
Fingers crossed that today goes from a fed up day today to a Bostin day tomorrow

Come on Lisa, you where one of the first people I followed when I joined here.
You just got to laugh at Daves photo:D:D
Daves picture sure is a masterpiece LOL! and did make me laugh.
Just feeling pissed off, teary, emotional, fed-up, useless and shitty. Just one of them days I think. Too much going on, I'll be OK tomorrow, I hope! After all....nobody's pissed on my chips yet so the day can't be too bad. I have been wondering about having the odd fag lately but it's for about 30 seconds and I push the idea out of my head.
Let's get this page to no. Jackson 5 huh!
Lisa x
You are allowed to think of a fag for 30 seconds as there would'nt be enough time to light up. No longer though as that would be pissing on your chips
Just had a thought:confused: looking at you quit date this spell of nice weather is probably the first time to experience as a no smoker. Maybe it's just a memory trigger?
Ive had a troublesome few days but you know what - the sun is shining and were smoke free - onwards and upwards

Well, Okay
Sun is shining, weather is fine. Makes ya wanna put on yer dancin' shoes
I've had a couple of "feeling pissed off, teary, emotional, fed-up, useless and shitty" days too...they seem to have come out of nowhere, although I haven't been feeling great since quitting end of feb. Last night I sobbed for at least 2 hours on and off, then did the same this evening. But the wierd thing is, I don't feel like I want a fag, I just want to feel better, and I'm not associating the two. I keep telling myself that I won't feel like this forever, that it's just a matter of time, so I'm just waiting for that day. Hope you feel better soon, you're definitely not alone. x
On days like these i just wanna hear the j5 singin ' Ill be there' from every open window. Hey lisa im learning there will be days where nothin rhymes, quitting smoking feels like a con, and im never gonna get the jumping for joy energy i was promised , but no way am i giving up hope now, hang in there its just one o dem days, and it wont last.
Mashx
I'm not sure whether you're British or not but we do like our general chit chats....quite quaint!
Oh and cats there's always the damn cats.
Oh and queueing we like that too, if you stop anywhere for long enough in the UK you'll find a queue forming behind you. Good way to make friends mind you
I'm guessing you're fed-up too!
Yeah, I'm British, English in fact.
I'll post a nice picture of cats soon, I promise. I know you like that.
Alex.

I have three things to say to you:
1) I'll fight when needed.
2) Of course we queue! (queue is French for tail).
3) Yup, stuffed.
