Have been trying to sign in all day but site has had a glitch.
I have reached day 3. Not feeling too bad but am wanting to eat all time so need ideas for healthy snacks.
Have had some fruit and small box of apple and raisons. (child fun size) any ideas what else i could have or will end up like a beached whale.
Not really craving for cig but am thinking of them most of time.
I am looking forward to being able to go to bed without having to have a pain killer to stop me coughing, think still be couple of days to go.
