Reached day 3

Hi All.

Have been trying to sign in all day but site has had a glitch.

I have reached day 3. Not feeling too bad but am wanting to eat all time so need ideas for healthy snacks.

Have had some fruit and small box of apple and raisons. (child fun size) any ideas what else i could have or will end up like a beached whale.

Not really craving for cig but am thinking of them most of time.

I am looking forward to being able to go to bed without having to have a pain killer to stop me coughing, think still be couple of days to go.

Hope all new non-smokers are having a good day today and look forward to seeing you all in day 4:D

  • Hi well done on reaching day three, I think first few days are the hardest.

    I am the same about wanting to eat all the time, I don't really crave healthy snacks, always want to go for the naughty ones,but I do try to resist and try and eat as healthy as I can. I don't want to have to cope with a lot of weight gain, but at the end of the day if eating a little extra keeps me away from the cigs so be it.

  • Well done on reaching day 3. I also am eating more but I have started snacking on nuts and seeds whilst sat at my desk at work. At home I eat fruit and just hope that I wont grow to be huge!! You have done the hard first three days and that is great.:) Dont worry too much about weight gain you can always work on that later.
