Hi well done on reaching day three, I think first few days are the hardest.
I am the same about wanting to eat all the time, I don't really crave healthy snacks, always want to go for the naughty ones,but I do try to resist and try and eat as healthy as I can. I don't want to have to cope with a lot of weight gain, but at the end of the day if eating a little extra keeps me away from the cigs so be it.
Well done on reaching day 3. I also am eating more but I have started snacking on nuts and seeds whilst sat at my desk at work. At home I eat fruit and just hope that I wont grow to be huge!! You have done the hard first three days and that is great. Dont worry too much about weight gain you can always work on that later.
