Bad news

Went to my last smoking cessation meeting yesterday. 8 started but only 3 left at the end! The bloke next to me told us that his reason to quit was that he has been diagnosed with throat cancer. That is so sad, really feel for him, he's such a nice man. He will be added to my reasons to quit

How horrible for him yes that would make me more determined as well, I went to see a friend with cancer in Hospital last week, only to find that she had managed to drag herself out for a smoke. How badly she needed that fix even though she wasn't good enough to get out of bed, now that's made me more determined as well
