Had such a bad day yesterday, was little bit of everything from test results(ladies ones), "time" of the month to me punishing myself for eating lamb flatbread from burgerking and not going the gym, and my lovely BF and mom got the neck of it all, but I didn't smoke I had few puffs on inhaler
Does any one else (women) find hard during "time" of the month? Specially since quitting?

*Hugs* I think we have to have occassional bad days so that we can appreciate the good ones.
My time of the month is always a bit erratic - sometimes I really need to be immobile for a day to kind of recharge, others I sail through hardly noticing.
Wonder if it is more to do with the level of physical exertion before the onset, or diet .. not sure if smoking really affects the PMS other than potentially being double-snappy.
Evening primrose oil is meant to help .. in fact according to this site -
Acne, allergies, arteriosclerosis, asthma, cholesterol regulation, chronic headaches, diabetic nerve damage. dermatitis, eczema, hyperactivity in children, high cholesterol, impotence and female infertility, inflammation, lupus, multiple sclerosis, prostate health, psoriasis, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, rosacea, scleroderma, treat, Alzheimer's-related memory deficiencies, upset stomach. Nourish nails, scalp, and hair. Prevent alcohol withdrawal symptoms. Relieve the discomforts of PMS (premenstrual syndrome), menstruation, menopause, endometriosis and fibrocystic breasts. Minimise premenstrual breast tenderness, irritable bowel flare-ups, and carbohydrate cravings, and help to control endometriosis-associated inflammation.
lol I think I could tick a few on that list and I also read it's good for Raynaud's disease which I had when I smoked so I think I'll go buy some and use it before my next period. If you do, let me know how you get on and we can compare notes.
