Hiya all, just thought i'd share this with you all...
When I first stopped smoking I was eating everything & anything (greedy guts :eek: !!)
Now it's nearly 6 weeks, and instead of gorging every 5 minutes I have sugar free mints & sugar free lollies - the lollies are great because they last longer & keep your hands occupied
I can drink wine now too, even if I have a lolly at the same time!!
