All is ok today.

Had a couple of major craves but few and far between now.

Worked out with the amount I smoked and the post budget cost of brand, I have saved over £40! Shocking stuff.

£40!!!! just goes to show how much we have wasted on this habit. Keep doing that and post how much you have saved that is a real motivator. Well done on getting to day 11.:)
