I can't believe how quickly this is going!

I am feeling good, and hope that you are all hanging on there with me. I can't tell you how much coming on here has helped me on this quit.

I have seen that some of you have been struggling, and I really wish you well. I have had my moments, but I can honestly say that it hasn't been too bad. All I need to do now is to remind myself that Not One Puff Ever means just that!
