Went out for dinner last night and I was not looking forward to it, for some reason I had convinced myself that I wouldn't enjoy it without a smoke.

Well, I can honestly say it was probably the best evening out ever. I was totally chilled and only thought about (no cravings) a cig once and that was when I saw a couple of smokers standing outside.

I do actually think that all the people ahead of us on here are telling the truth- there IS light at the end of the tunnel.

Well done Dotdot...its great when you think you are not going to cope and you do...I have had a couple of times when the thought of the situation is actual worse than the situation itself, and then you just breeze through it with no problems and think well what was that all about :D..xx
