im on champix day 3... so far so cut already dramatically cut my daily cig intake lol... and tbh not intentially its that i just cant tolerate them!!!
i seem to feel very nauseaous after i cig and a slight headache i really hope that these are the only side effects that i get!!! if they are im sure i will be able to tolerate them.... i popped to tescos and picked up some gingers biscuits and bottled water and ive normally smoked 10 cigs by now and so far only 3 today.... seems like a massive achievement already???
its kinda unbeleieveable..... will post again when i pick a quit date!!:eek:

Welcome and good for deciding to quit! It is the most important thing you can do for yourself!!
This forum is wonderful and you will get all the love and support you need. Just take one day at a time and if neccessary, one hour at a time....whatever it takes to stay strong and smoke free.....ppat

Hiya & welcome to the forum The champix are working if you feel sick when you smoke & after, that's what they're supposed to do! Once you're not smoking, make sure you eat with the tablets so you won't feel as sick. I've been on them for nearly 2 months now, not smoked for 6 weeks so they do work
