Hi everyone, especially the Hares!
I just returned from a three day business trip, my first since quitting smoking, and was completely successful in remaining smoke free. This is a big victory for me, because on business trips, I didn't even have to worry about staying in the closet because no one knew me, and I could smoke openly (outside, of course).
But I didn't smoke, hardly thought about it, and made it home with my quit intact. This included two four-five hour drives (going and coming back).
Current stats: 22 days, 17 hours, 13 minutes. 454 cigarettes not smoked, and $125.40 saved.
To be honest, at this point I'm not feeling craves, and I'm not thinking much about smoking (although I do check out this website every day). I have my guard up, and I don't really believe I'm completely over it, but the hour to hour or day to day pressure has all but evaporated.
Looking forward to having a complete month under my belt!
