well day 7 on champix, had 4 cigs yday an none 2day !!! cant believe i havent had a cig im sooooo proud of myself ! i know its early days but 2 go from 20 a day 2 none is amazing 4 me ! had no side effexts apart from a bit of nausea but if i eat when taking tabs then im fine, anyone else find these tabs amazin ?

It certainly feels good completing your first day without a cig. And it gets better so well done and keep it up.
