I hear you can fly to .... em one of them big supermarket places and buy cold turkey, totally legal.

I'm not big on the "well done on your quit" posts but hopefully forum members can take inspiration from whatever my contribution is.

I don't really need to post what many others have posted, does that make me a "minimalist" ??? Where's Austin when I need him?

Reading threads on here has defo helped me, some of the advice given to others I've taken on board.

Never say never, but I will never smoke again.
