Day 24 - job interview & anxiety

I had my job interview today.. i've been so nervous about it all week but i've tried to supress it.. now the interview has passed i've just had a small anxiety attack :/ i still feel sick and ill but hopefully a cup of tea and rest will put me back to normal

I got out my electronic cigerette and puffed on it like a mad person but it didnt help.. i don't miss smoking but i wish i had something to fall back on for a good feeling

Hey Strawb you got through without cracking well done and good luck with the job

You do have something to make you feel better, being able to say I don't smoke

Keep it up
