hi everyone , is there anyone else on day 2 today?

I thought not doing somthing would give me more time, lol, but im dithering so much , feels like i need a slap or cold water over my head :rolleyes:

I did day 2 ages ago it felt like ahuge space to fill. i broke it down into hourly slots where i didnt smoke. eventually they all join up. do anything but do something .a walk. clean out a drawer .read posts on here and read the links,read through day 2 posts on here. there is a wealth of knowledge and expeience there. one day at a time is my motto nowadays.

Thanks mash , today has been a day of mostly acceptance and distraction , and now im knackerd and coming down with a cold , my throat feels red raw

No past day 2 but the majority of people on the forum have gone through day 2 so we know what your going through. If all of us can do it so can you.
