HI YAll i have decided to quit smoking a really really brilliant way. eat lots and lots of SPAM. if you eat it all day u wont have time to smoke. u could eat spam and jam or spam on toast or roasted toasted spam. I will do regular postings on ear withpictures of me eating SPAM.

Luverly Spam, wonderful Spam....:D Think we used to get it for school dinners fried eurghh :eek: And a friend of mine was a Chelsea supporter so changed the name of the ground to SPAMford Bridge lol
