Hi All, This forum is brilliant:)The people on here are so supportive and it is so very helpful but at the same time I find that the only time I really think about cigarettes is when I am on this forum, When I am not on it I dont think of cigarettes at all!

No offense to anyone or to the forum because it is a very good support group,

I think from now on Ill cut down on the amount of time that I spend on here and I hope no-one feels offended
