After smoking for 30 years

Started smoking when i was 15

Feeling good but still wonder why it took so long for

the penny to drop

3 family cancer deaths - i still smoked - Why ??????????????

But now this my personal battle

Really enjoy reading dif experiences - Gives me strength

Well done on your quit, sounds like you have got your head in a good place to quit!! I guess we cant do it until we are ready but I know what you mean - I wish I had done it years aho too!!
