Well i smoked a couple yesterday,2 this morning So peed off with myself.

I have smoked since 14 i am 49 i smoked 15 to 20 a day. Not had a smoke for 5 hrs, showerd the stink off me and here i go again cold turkey.

I will do this.

The hardest bit is starting to stop, have you tried any NRT to help the cravings? This is my fourth and hopefully final attempt.

Keep getting back on that wagon with us

I think the hardest part isn't giving up but staying given up,but we can do it. I gave up last year but lost my mum so started again and this is my (not sure how many now lol) newest attempt and I had my last cig on tuesday the 7th feb 2012 however it was the 1st year anniversary of losing mum on the 17th and I'd been out for a few drinks with my brother and son so I had a few cigs then but next day got straight back on the wagon where I'm staying and enjoying the ride and love passing by smokers and smiling to myself so come on if I can keep going and I've smoked more years than I haven't :eek: then any of you can do it too,join me up on this lovely wagon and lets roll them wheels together
