Ok this is first time in 10 years I have gone 3 Days without smoking, I have found this the hardest day so far, I'm a emotional wreck, I'm so tired I feel like not bothering getting out of bed, I want to smoke to stop it all but when I've been the shop they not jumping out at me, even seeing other people smoking (on street) doesn't bother me, not sure I can keep up with the changes but don't ever want to smoke
Sorry if this makes no sense

Don't give up. I had a terrible day yesterday and was so close to lighting up a ciggie to make all the horrible feelings go away, in the end around 8pm I went out for a 30 minute fast paced walk, it helped a great deal.
Much better day today and tomorrow is another day.
I felt it yesterday as well, feel better today thankfully. We have to take the bad with the good unfortunately, if it was all plain sailing we stop and start all of the time. Hang on in there, it will get better.
Last night my throat started to become really sore, woke up many times during the night with my throat in agony. Went to the local shop to get 3 packs of lockets at half 6 in the morning.
All morning ive felt really bad, cold like symptoms, headache, sore lungs. Even my legs feel weird, probably due to circulation, right?. Going to get up and try to eat something then go back to my bed for the day, thankfully ive got netflix.lol
I stopped last year for a couple of months and it wasn't nearly as bad . Feeling this ill, makes me more motivated though. Obviously if stopping causes this much agony 3 days in, think of what it must be doing discreetly to you.
Thanks for reading.

Hi Makaveli_89
There is a good chance that you actually do have a cold!!
When we first quit any symptons we get we tend to associate with quitting, and sometimes we ignore the obvious!!
