Hi there

Further to my previous post...I've just bought a 2 hour hypnotherapy smoking cessation workshop (discounted on Groupon!)

I've had 3 different hypnosis sessions in the past. One 7 years ago and I stopped for three years. *Can I tell you who is was? or is that advertising?

I started smoking again 4 years ago (stupidly...stressful time...got divorced)

Had 2 attempts with hypnosis last year, both a waste of time and money.

Anyway it's a start!!

I'm excited.

* The successful hypnotherapist no longer works in my area sadly. He is now based in Kent. I have thought of travelling there..maybe I will, if this latest plan doesn't work out...
