hi everybody went back onto my e cig today lasted 4 days on the lozenges . not sure why this occurred although will be giving it another go soon. maybe they were not strong enough. at least i have not gone back to smoking.

Well done mate. I take it from the way that you present your days that you had a bit of a slip up? Either way, stick at it, whatever it takes. E-cigs or lozenges, anything is better than going back to the fags.
99 day blip
yes i had a blip on new years eve and smoked a couple of roll ups . that was day 99 . will not be making that mistake again. really have no desire to smoke right now. quitting fags is tough but i really think that this is my time.
