Ok........this stop and start, stop and start has GOT to stop! I've been doing this to myself for way to many years, it's time to get serious! Got the patch on and some anti-anxiety pills next to me, that's alot of my problem is I get so anxious I want to crawl out of my skin, so hopefully the pills will help!

By the way, which part of Texas you from? I went to Austin last year and loved it!!

Chris, I'm using the patch, I like it, but I just have to keep it on and not take it off when I get anxious!
I'm about 45 miles from Austin! It's a great place, but I'm a country girl and traffic makes me wanna smoke! LOL But it is fun to go up there to see new things!

Probably asking the obvious question but have you seen the doctor about which method to use that will not peak your anxiety?
Yeah - Austin was fanatastic - a great party town - I couldn't live there tho - I would be bankrupt!
Yes I saw the doctor and he gave these pills to try out. Shoot I'll try anything to stay quit!
