Come on Salmoney, you can do it. Almost into day 4 now, don't undo all you hard work. Keep drinking really cold water when u get the crave, go for a shower or a walk.......do whatever it takes to divert your attention away from the crave......you will beat this

CT is my quit too. The good news is it takes 72 hours (3days) for the nicotine to leave you body. Smile you are nicotine free!!! Now it's mental, you can do it!!! you just got through the worst and you will never have to re-live those 3 days ever again if do not put nicotine back in. Keep going!!!
It IS worth it. You may feel that lil monster kick and scream a few more times but that is because you are winning!
Salmoney, need to do what works for you but having done the three days, I would not go in the patches as you will be putting the nicotine back in your body. However, whatever you decide, do not smoke.
