I am back, day 38 will be over tonite! well, it is pretty much something. After smoking 25 bloody years, about 1.5 packs a day, now what I feel strongly not to (never never...) smoke again by heart.
After a month, things are getting pretty much easier. Sometimes I'd be affected by a sudden trigger, but only take a couple of minutes. The solution is to take a deep breath, hold it for a couple of secs and exhale, change your place if it makes you feel bad, preferably outside for a short walk etc.
I am pushing myself to not to smoke again, hope you will also be standing strong and feel health/energy in your blood...
