I'm glad to be not smoking again and here in Day 8, but the last couple of days have been quite tough due to feeling quite down. Don't really feel like doing anything, but who does in this weather lol so spent the day slobbing around reading which didn't do me any good cos I really need some exercise!!
And I have a really bad sore throat which I know is due to quitting, but what is really getting me down is having severe pains under my arms and not knowing what it is, its making me really paranoid as its been going on for some time now. Anybody else had this??
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks,
Zoe xx

Awww zoe I know damn well what that depression feels like!! Didn't happen to me til last weekend but it was well bad do some happy things, cheer yourself up. It will pass xx
And the pains under the arms not sure, some cold turkey quitters may be able to help you there, as you won't be getting any nic from the champix while I'm using patches and sometimes they make ya arms ache. Have you been doing excersise? Maybe strained them
I have a doctors appointment for Monday but I have a quite a few strange symptoms lately so I'm scared he will just think I'm nuts
But even hypochondriacs can be ill
And Lizzie get back on that quit ya hear?? If I can you can and there aren't so many craves when you quit again cos you know more about what to expect.
Haha Karri I still have pedestrian rage especially when they drive through a puddle on purpose and drench me  Maybe I can throw my weird cakes at them, that'll learn 'em
