Any Day 4's out there?

I am on day four and still feeling strong but past experience tells that this does wane somewhat so it would be good to hear from anyone else on day 4

on Day 4 myself - well 4 days 7 hours and 3 mins quit - so think that actually makes me Day 5 - but hey ho!!!

I'm on day 5! Yesterday was hardest yet with lots of cravings and evil temper, today very few cravings but could cry at the drop of a hat!! Nice to know others are at the same stage
